Herefordshire Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust provides both physical and mental healthcare services to a wide population across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Moreover, the Trust is the major provider of mental health and learning disability services in both counties. Worcestershire is a county in England's West Midlands. In 927, the region that is now Worcestershire was integrated into the united Kingdom of England and established as a county. The county borders have changed over the years, but the most significant alterations were made in 1844.
