North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust was formed when North Tees Health NHS Trust and Hartlepool and East Durham NHS Trust merged on 1st April 1999. It is an integrated hospital and community services healthcare organisation serving a population of around 400,000 people in Hartlepool, Stockton and various parts of County Durham.
